Your analysis is completed by Rachel using our three-axis method, which assesses your undertone, chroma and contrast to place you in one of 12 seasons. It's grounded in over 3 years of independent research into human biology and colour theory, so your result reflects how colour actually interacts with your natural colouring, based on science. You'll receive a personalised PDF with your season, your palette and practical guidance on wearing it.

Personalised Hair Colour Guide (valued at $99)
Your hair colour sits closer to your face than anything you wear, so getting it right changes everything. Your hair guide is matched to your analysis and shows the shades that harmonise with your colouring, making it easy to take to your next salon appointment and brief your stylist with confidence.

Seasonal Makeup Guide (valued at $69)
Your makeup guide is built for your season and available as an instant download once your analysis is complete. Find the makeup shades that suit your palette so you can shop with purpose and stop buying products that sit unused.

    How does it work?

    1. Place your order.

    2. You will receive a link to an online form via email within 10 minutes of purchase.

    3. Complete the form by uploading the required images of yourself that will be used for your personalised colour analysis and answer some simple questions.

    4. Once you have submitted the form your results will be completed and emailed to you within the time frame specified upon purchase.
    How long does it take to get my results?

    We will strive to return your results as quickly as possible; however, the current standard wait time is approximately 3 weeks from when you submit your form.

    For faster results, select our express option to receive your results sent within 7 days.

    Results are sent Monday through Friday. Thorough analysis requires time, and wait times are subject to current demand. Please note that the wait time starts from the day you submit your form, not from the purchase date.
    What info do I need to send in?

    Along with a detailed questionnaire you will be asked to send in the following:

    • A makeup free selfie that is well lit and unedidted. Detailed instructions will be outlayed in the online form.
    • A photo to indicate your natural hair colour.
    • 3 photos from the last 10 years that clearly show your features OR makeup free photos wearing a selection of colours (outlined in the form).

    You are also welcome to email through extra photos you feel may be helpful in your analysis.
    What is your refund policy?

    Refunds are available only before receiving the service, with any incurred fees deducted from the refund amount. No refunds are possible after the service is received.
